Naphthenic oil: Refined from naphthenic crude oil, mainly composed of naphthenes, with cyclic molecular structures, stable structure, and good low-temperature performance.
Paraffin oil: Mainly composed of normal and isomeric alkanes, produced by dewaxing and refining lubricating oil fractions, chemically stable and highly safe.

● Plasticizing and Softening: Filling oil can reduce the intermolecular forces of rubber, making it easier to slide, lowering rubber hardness and viscosity, enhancing flexibility and plasticity, which is beneficial for mixing, molding, and other processing steps.
● Improving Dispersibility: Helps rubber additives such as carbon black to disperse evenly, enhancing the bonding force between components and improving the uniformity of rubber product performance.
● Enhancing Oil-Filled Rubber Performance: Appropriate amounts of filling oil can improve rubber's tensile, tear, and wear resistance, as well as enhance weather resistance and aging resistance.
